CourtReady Lite helps you prepare for the New York State Court Officer exam with offline flashcards, Smart Review, practice sessions, mock exams, and on-device progress tracking for iPhone and iPad.

Please include:

• iOS / iPadOS version
• App version (shown in Settings or the App Store)
• A short description of the issue and steps to reproduce it

Basic troubleshooting

• Force-quit the app and reopen it.
• Confirm you are on the latest App Store update for CourtReady Lite.
• Restart your device if a screen fails to load or progress looks stuck.
• If content does not appear, reinstall the app after noting that local progress will be removed unless restored from a device backup.

Reset progress

Open Settings in CourtReady Lite and choose Reset all progress. This clears on-device study progress, bookmarks, and exam history stored by the app.
